FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION
Date of entry 08/16/2019
On 08/15/2019, Jessica Nicodemo, telephone number was
interviewed telephonically. Also present during the telephone call was
Nicodemo's attorney, Elizabeth Parker. After being advised of the identity
of the interviewing Agent and the nature of the interview, Nicodemo provided
the following information:
Tara Lordi's relationship with Glenn Straub started as a romantic
relationship, while she was married to John Deutsch. Straub then started
treating and threatening Lordi similar to how he has treated Nicodemo and
others. Lordi then started to find other girlfriends for Straub to replace
her as his romantic interest. Lordi had distanced herself from Straub when
her husband became sick, but she later came back to Straub after Deutsch
passed away.
At some point, Lordi began working for Straub and learning the details of
Straub's businesses. Lordi was involved in the development of the Palm
House when it was owned by Straub. Lordi loved the Palm House project, and
Lordi believed that Straub sold it to Bob Matthews because of Straub's
infatuation with Mia Matthews. Lordi also told Nicodemo that Craig Galle
was deeply involved in some questionable activity regarding the Palm House
to include possibly diverting some of Straub's money to himself. Lordi
allegedly advised Straub of her concerns regarding Galle, but there was a
never a falling out between Straub and Galle.
Nicodemo also provided writer with type written notes stored on her phone
that she had taken at the time of a telephone call with Lordi in 2018.
According to those notes, Galle and Les Evans intentionally did not file the
mortgage held by Straub on the Palm House for six months so that Bob
Matthews and Joe Walsh could conceal it from the EB5 investors. In
addition, Lordi conveyed to Nicodemo that Galle formed LLCs which were also
used by Bob Matthews to divert EB5 investor funds.

According to Nicodemo, Straub tends to "ramble on", and on occasions
Straub would talk about Bob Matthews and how Matthews had been a "bad boy."
In addition to the Palm House, Straub had mentioned something about Matthews
and Nantucket, but Nicodemo could not recall the specific details regarding
Straub's statement. Straub, for some reason, also had a cardboard box in
his house which contained photographs of Matthews' family and other personal
items belonging to Matthews.
Approximately two or three years ago, Lordi also told Nicodemo that on
multiple occasions Glenn Straub had a "wealthy guy" from Palm Beach on his
yacht who had been in trouble multiple times for being with young, underaged
girls. Lordi told Nicodemo that she hated the aforementioned "wealthy guy"
and was disgusted by the fact that Straub would have him on his yacht.
Nicodemo never met the aforementioned "wealthy guy" and did not know his
name, but Nicodemo now believes that the man may have been Jeffrey Epstein.
