As per our conversation I think the best plan of attack is for me to fly down there at the beginning of next week and get a survey of the landscape. I will be able to at that time speak and work with your employees to train them in the trimming of the palms and espalier of the vines and at the same time make notes and suggestion on what can be done to better the landscaping for the future. I think all that can be accomplished in a 2-3 day visit. I can fly out Sunday night if this will be better just so we can start first thing Monday morning. I will need to have chainsaws,handsaws and pole saws for palm tree pruning also the lift that we spoke about on the phone. For the wire work I will need stainless steel wire .032 also # 10 stainless steel screws #8 plastic anchors and marine 5200 silicone in the tube. Please note if you can not get anything from the list let me know and I can FedEx it over prior to my visit. for the wire I am unsure of the quantity at this time due to lack of knowledge of quantity and size of vines. If you need me to get the wire please provide me with a basic quantity of linear feet needed. My fee would be $950.00 per day travel and lodging not included.
