I ha=e made Demo Flight contingent on Escrow Agent's acknowledgement of r=ceipt of Deposit and agreement to wire to Seller's designated accou=t. I am using the HBRK account as the account to receive the funds.</=iv> Note that at the en= of paragraph 3 there is an obligation for Seller to pay for the 12 month i=spection items. Seller is to pay for the items and not Buyer. Just wa=t to make sure you are ok with that. Larry is in Flight so I can =99t reach him to find out cost of 12 month inspection items, unless he alre=dy told you and you approved I just want to make sure. Please let me k=ow. Also, Gary ju=t told me that they want to do the Demo flight on Sunday now, rather than M=nday. Not sure if that is ok either. I left it in as Monday.
