During this time period, subjects were followed together. Below you will find details of this investigation. SURVEILLANCE DETAILS Tuesday, February 2.2010 6:30a.m. In-route to JFK airport. 7:05 a.m. Updated subjects has not departed from West Palm Beach, standby for further information. EFTA00750834 1:00 ..m. 3:15 p.m. Arrived at JFK airport and waited in terminal five for subjects' arrival. Received information they landed early. 3:40 p.m. Spotted subjects exiting terminal five, on entering Yellow Taxi Cab Medallion number 5E15, subjects followed. 4:45 p.m. Arrived at 80 Park Avenue, New York, N.Y. 10016. Building is a residential apartment building on the corner ofPark Avenue and East 39th Street 5:05 p.m. Subject number one, identified as who met with a white male, approximate age 60 years old, approximate height 5'5", in the lobby of 80 Park Avenue and entered the elevator of 80 Park Avenue. 7:10 p.m. Observed both subjects as they were escorted out of the building and entered a BMW 5-Series bearin New York license plate numball and proceeded to travel east on 39th Street. Subject sat in the front passenger seat while subject sat in the rear passenger seat. Video obtained. 7:15 .m. Due to snow, heavy traffic and stop lights subjects were lost. BMW Tag esearched vehicle and determined it is registered to Martin Krouner, 9:58 p.m. Observed the black BMW as it traveled west on 39th Street. Subjects followed until they returned to 80 Park Avenue and parties entered 80 Park Avenue building at this time. Observed Martin Krouner exit the driver's seat carrying 2 medium sized silver bags. He then handed one of the ba to Ms. Wild. The 3 walked from the vehicle toward 80 Park Ave., Observed enter what appeared to be the side entrance of the building and then quickly exited and walked around the corner with to the front of the building where they took a photograph together. I then observed Mr. 'Simmer in front of the building where he took an additional photograph of Ms. Miller and Ms. Wild together. The 3 of them then entered the building. Video obtained. 10:50 p.m. Observed and BMW driver identified as Martin Krouner exit the building and enter the black BMW. Subjects followed as they proceeded east on 39th Street. 10:54 p.m. Vehicle stopped on the corner of Madison Avenue and east 39th Street. Observed as she got out of the vehicle and entered the deli. 10:57 p.m. Observed subject as she exited the deli and returned to the vehicle. Followed vehicle as it traveled. EFTA00750835 11:00 p.m. Observed black BMW with driver Martin Krouner drop off back at the Park Avenue apartment. Wednesday, February 3, 2010 3:00 a.m. Due to no further movement, surveillance was suspended. Wednesday. February 3, 2010 9:00 a.m. Arrived at 80 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10016, surveillance initiated. 11:30 a.m. Observed subjects and as they exited the building and proceeded on foot as they headed north on Park Avenue and onto 42nd Street. 11:48 a.m. Observed subjects as they entered Grand Central Station and window shopped and took photographs. 12:45 p.m. Observed subjects at Radio City Music Hall and over to Rockefeller Center sight- seeing area. 1:00 p.m. Observed subjects at Times Square sight-seeing. 2:15 p.m. Followed subjects as they returned to 80 Park Avenue. 9:00 p.m. Observed subjects as they exited 80 Park Avenue with a clear plastic bag of clothes and observed them throw them in the garbage and then enter a Toyota Highlander bearing a Virginia tag number Researched vehicle and determined it is registered to Robert Frederick Burke, 9:15 p.m. Subjects followed and exited the vehicle and entered the Duane Reade store on the corner of Park Avenue and 22nd Street. 9:20 p.m. Observed the subjects reenter the vehicle. 9:30 p.m. Observed vehicle parked on the corner of east 12th Street and University Avenue. Observed subjects exit the vehicle with the driver of the vehicle being a Hispanic or black male, approximately 21 years of age. 9:40 p.m. Observed subjects and male enter a shopping mall on east 14th Street between Broadway and University Avenue. 11:25 p.m. Observed subjects and male reenter the Toyota Highlander vehicle. Video obtained. 11:43 p.m. Observed vehicle and subjects' park by Battery City Park and exit for sight-seeing of the Statue of Liberty. Video obtained. EFTA00750836 Thursday, February 4, 2010 12:05 a.m. Observed subjects and male reenter the vehicle. Followed subjects as they travelled around various sight-seeing points of interest including: Ground Zero, the Brooklyn Bridge, the Manhattan Bridge, the Empire State Building, Intrepid, Radio City, Times Square, Columbus Circle, Radio City/Rockefeller Center. 2:25 a.m. Observed sub'ects and vehicle as they arrived back at 80 Park Avenue. Observed and reenter the building. The male departed from the area in the Toyota Highlander. 2:35 a.m. Retrieved the bag of garbage containing various male clothing. 2:45 am Surveillance concluded.
