After being advised of the identity of the interviewing Task Force Officer and the nature of the interview, provided the following information: stated that during the summer of 1992, she was seventeen (17) years of age and visiting New York City While she ) was in central park she approached a woman walking dogs, in the park. further stated, she has a passion for dogs and during a conversation with the woman , , was offered a job walking the dogs for Twenty Dollars ($20.00). ,stated the woman in question, GHISLAINE MAXWELL. stated, to MAXWELL, she was only visiting New York on vacation. said she exchanged phone numbers with MAXWELL. Within a day or so , headed to the JEFFREY EPSTEIN residence on 71 Street, off of Madison Avenue, Manhattan, for what believed was a job interview ( dog walker). While waiting inside the EPSTEIN residence for the interview to start, MAXWELL offered a drink ( orange juice). went on to sate that after she drank the orange juice ,provided by MAXWELL, she felt dizzy and groggy. stated that at that point EPSTEIN told her ( ) to relax and that the "interview" would start soon. stated a short time later she was helped by MAXWELL and an unknown female housekeeper to a bedroom and placed on a bed. , stated that when she awoke in the said bedroom (unknown length of time), she ( was experiencing vaginal bleeding and a burning sensation from her vaginal area. The author felt that was being truthful and expressed candor as well as verbally distressed and sounded to have been tr m iz . further indicated that she has been seeking therapy in area to deal with the aforementioned events documented in this report. currently resides at , was offered victim services, indicating she would be receptive. The author conferred with FBI VS ,providing the contact information for . VS stated she will endeavor to contact and arrange for any available services requested via a counterpart in the Field Office.
