System Requirements 1) Hardware - CPU: Intel(R) Pentium 4 1.8 GHz or higher (Recommended: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 2.5 GHz or higher, excluding mobile devices) - Memory: 1 GB or more (Recommended: 4 GB or more) - Hard disk drive: 5400 rpm or faster (Recommended: 7200 rpm or faster) if the CPU or memory does not meet the required specifications, the scanner may not operate. If the CPU or memory does not meet the recommended specifications, or if USB 1.1 is used, the scanning speed will slow down. - Disk space: 10 GB or more free disk space *When scanning, enough disk space is required for saving a file. - Display resolution: 1024 x 768 pixels or more, and 65536 colors or more *With 256 colors or less, a scanned image may become corrupted. - For more information about how to connect to the computer and other requirements, refer to the manual that comes with your scanner. Installation • Be sure to log on as a user with Administrator privileges to install the program. • When the User Account Control dialog box appears during installation, click the [Continue] button. • Be sure to select a local folder as the installation folder. • Do not install the program directly under the root folder. If the program is installed directly under the root folder, it may not work properly. Install the program in a folder other than the root folder. • Do not use the following characters for the installation folder name. If any of the characters below is used, the program may not work properly. /;: , . •?" < > I • A warning message may appear during the installation of ScandAll PRO if a resident program such as anti-virus software is running. • This product requires Microsoft(R) .NET Framework 4.5. Uninstallation • Be sure to log on as a user with Administrator privileges to uninstall the program. ` When the User Account Control dialog box appears during uninstallation, perform one of the following: - If you are logged on as a user with "administrator" privileges, click the [Continue) button. - If you are logged on as a user without "administrator" privileges, select a user with "administrator" privileges first, enter the password, and then click the [OK) button. ` Uninstall Microsoft(R) .NET Framework 4.5 or Microsoft(R) .NET Framework 4 after uninstalling this product. 4. Notes 1) About the operating environment - This software does not guarantee reliable operations if used with Terminal Service Client, Remote Desktop Connection Client, or Thin Client System. - To use this software on Windows(R) XP, run Windows Update to apply updates and security updates for Microsoft(R) .NET Framework 4.
