As requested attached a briefbreakdown with photos ofitems to be reviewed. I reached out to the 71st
teamfor any updates on progress, as ofdate & time I have not received a response, hence some items
may have been completed
As already mentioned the areas which require the most work are the Mech Storage Bays, noting there
has been a great deal ofprogress in the Sub Cellar over the lastfews weeks
Carlos & Arline have a good understanding of what needs to be completed & have a great work ethic,
so hopefully things can start moving along.
Mervin did get a contractor infor the leak in the Cellar Kitchen last Thursday, he was suppose to
complete thefix on Friday
Mervin also got a contractor infor the Sub Cellar Chiller, which was making the noise &from all
accounts that is running correctly
As Karyna knows, some changes have been made to how the intercomfor thefront door is received,
although we both agree this does help in some areas, it does not solve the main issue ofnot having to
have someone close to thefront door. Will investigate and see what we can come up with.
