If you are planning on signing this soon we need to get deposit funds to Merchants asap as this gives us only one day to provide deposit upon execution and Merchants can do almost nothing in one day. There are 2 sections where they either want the Sultan to sign, or they want verification that the funds come from him. I have just been ignoring them and they haven't made an issue of it yet.
