Because you are not keeping the money in our Trust Account against which we can bill, as is required by our retainer agreement and is standard in the legal industry, we required payment upon receipt of this invoice, which was now 3 weeks ago. I really do not want this to be an issue every month, as I do not like chasing down money from clients. There is a lot to do in the next few months on this case and as such we are going to require that the retainer agreement requisite of funds in our Trust Account against which we can bill be enforced.
