Dermot Desmond is the wealthiest Irishman and the builder and owner of Sandy Lane in Barbados. He asked for my help in
analyzing a prospective investment in Canouan, which is a small island in the Grenadines. Doug and I went there. Attached
is our report to him and his response to us. I meet with him the first week in May with some hope.
