He advised their office had received the same letter and copies of every other person who got similar requests. He stated that his office was going to give the formal response to the request and was just verifying that no one had taken any action on our end and that we did not intend to. I advised him what we discussed and gave him both your contact information in the event he needs to correspond futher.
