Below is the recommended change to incorporate the additional language recommended by you with the approved language activity as approved by Governor de Jongh. The grant of benefits hereinafter described is for the Beneficiary or any successors approved by the Commission to conduct the operation of a Category HA designated service business providing an extensive DNA database and to develop a data-mining platform for databases to be available through the Internet. The Beneficiary's services include the development of financial and biomedical informatics based upon databases and information to be kept on servers located in the U.S. Virgin Islands. All of the Beneficiary's clients will be located outside the U.S. Virgin Islands.
