I tried to see if you could fly through some other airport but no flights were available directly to Aspen...American Airlines and Amex both encouraged me to keep your schedule as is ...If you get to the airport in Chicago and need to change to the 2:50pm flight (AA#3013) you will just need to talk to an agent at the ticket counter...they will be able to help you! Weather says `snow showers' in Chicago...the airlines are used to this and can accommodate. I was also told the alert you received is sent out automatically to see if people will change their day of travel...
