Enclosed you will find some more information on the St Tropez properties :
- Plans of the two houses on the "garden "property
- Building permit for new house on "wineyard" property

The main house of the "garden" property is about 4800 sqf including annexes with 5 bedrooms and bathrooms,
while the guesthouse is about 1700 sqf with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The new main house on the "wineyard" property is 4700 sqf including annexes. It has 6 bedrooms and bathrooms.
The ideal situation for us would be that you bought the wineyard property and either you could manage the building
process
yourself or we could manage it for you together with the very much respected architect Francois Viellecroze.
In the meantime you could use the garden property as much as you like while constructing.
We do not however exclude the option of selling the garden property instead as this is taxwise favourable for us.
I will send you two evaluations of this property from some years back. The garden property will have a current value
of about 27-28 million euro while the wineyard property would be about 16 million euro all finished - 12,5 million euro as
is with permit.
