Andrea told me that you will be coming to Vienna and support us with the big conference on PANDEMICS in Geneva on September 12th. As discussed with Andrea, we suggest that you arrive on September 2nd (Wednesday) in Vienna and leave from Geneva back to New York on September 13th. I will be happy to book the flight for you from Vienna to Geneva (September 10), so we can all be on the same flight, but I would kindly ask you to make the arrangements for your flight NY — Vienna and Geneva — NY.
