I certainly could have said to the Court that there is a Google search out there that reveals that there's a suspended lawyer by the name of Catherine Confad. * Q. And you didn't do that? * A. Now you appreciated, it sounds to me just from what you said, pretty instantly, that this is potentially significant information, correct? * A. If it's the same person, it's very significant information. I certainly appreciated that. * Q. No one -- you didn't require anyone to have to explain that to you, correct? * A.
