Think the "clarice debt" of 20K she should just forget about and let dances son take care of it from his newly found $$$.... Maybe we have strategy to get Howard ( new acct ) to renegotiate terms on high interest CC debt ... I am trying to give her perspective on the other LOCs from the banks that were taken on her old LA apt that ex is now selling and the LOC on her ex's ex wife who is also her "kinda sorta best friends apt ( both have taken mightily from her in the past and in my not so humble opinion are D list humans ) anyway try to get her to NOT be bothered by that debt and when the biz can throw off enough cash we will chip away at it ... But just as companys have a healthy debt to equity ratio so do humans... Anyway ...
