Five Palms - Internet/Phone Switch installation — final stage to be completed - Jermaine 8/30 - Exterior Door Shutters — ordered — awaiting completion date from vendor - Painting - outside to be completed via JE direction - Furniture — outside furniture in place — Karen to tie down cushions to resolve wind issues - Picture Frame — measurements forwarded to Sarah - 86 x 70 - Mirrored siding — section that flew off in storm has been reglued - Transformer Protection Shelter — walls complete, primer complete, concrete fill in progress, reviewing options/expense for roof, forward by 8/30 - Fire pit — repairs completed 5. Grotto - Curtains — installed - Mattress cover — unable to purchase cover without mattress — suggest buying fabric, making cover locally - Genset wiring — COMPLETE — Electronic Remote Starter, auto start from Kite House, ordered 8/10. Landscaping - Pop's Garden — need deer fencing, or some other method of protection - Dead palms — all to be removed - Cut grass, acacia — owner's drive, blue beach, stone walls, gym - Garbage dump — hydroseed - COMPLETE 23. Solar lights — place every 30 feet — work in progress 24. Roads - - Priority is Gym road grading — Jules - Jules to line the service road with boulders — COMPLETE 25. Library - Lights on bookshelves need attention — Danny will start ASAP 26. New Employee Bathrooms 27. Gym - New punching bag — on site — installation after JE visit - Subwoofer — torn or blown — Scott to research a replacement speaker — photos and information sent 8/3 - Clean gutters — COMPLETE - Windows in the ballet room need repair to both cranks and panes — Karen to review 28. Beach Office - complete electrical overall required - waterproofing/sealing/painting/replace rotten wood required 29. LSJ Mooring — Darren forwarded to Army Corp for final approval — awaiting response 30. Hangar - Fuel Containment Pad — draft approved with drainage incorporated, waiting for updated plan 31. Main compound - Wind doors to the east are inoperable — blew off on Friday — will review more permanent repairs - Lights — Danny has a complete list of lights which are not on, etc — will review PM 8/28 thru the night until complete Acid Washing of lanterns — completed by 8/31 32.
