JE Punch List —August 28, 2012 Directive Updates
1. Clean Up - make as many barge runs as necessary
2. Equipment and Vehicles
- Sell equipment
- Non-working ATVs and gators will be off island by 8/29
- No machinery off the island unless approved
- (4) 2012 Kawasaki 750 EPS, (2) 2012 Kawasaki Mule 4010, parts, and 1 of 3 Queen seats on LSJ 8/28
- New seats for gators and pro gators — ordered by 8/31
3. Computers
- Per JE, refurbish old units —Jermaine
- PC from NYC to Carlos — Marine —Jermaine received 8/28 to wipe
- 25 inch I Mac from NYC— Captains Office
4. Five Palms
- Internet/Phone Switch installation — final stage to be completed - Jermaine 8/30
- Exterior Door Shutters — ordered — awaiting completion date from vendor
- Painting - outside to be completed via JE direction
- Furniture — outside furniture in place — Karen to tie down cushions to resolve wind issues
- Picture Frame — measurements forwarded to Sarah - 86 x 70
- Mirrored siding — section that flew off in storm has been reglued
- Transformer Protection Shelter — walls complete, primer complete, concrete fill in progress, reviewing
options/expense for roof, forward by 8/30
- Fire pit — repairs completed
5. Grotto
- Curtains — installed
- Mattress cover — unable to purchase cover without mattress — suggest buying fabric, making cover locally
- Genset wiring — COMPLETE — Electronic Remote Starter, auto start from Kite House, ordered 8/10. Danny follow up
- Desk — needs repair — completion 8/31
6. Berm/Top of Hill
- Hydroseed inside — complete
- Hydroseed outside — will need to review progress
- Palm inside — damaged — will review viability
- Top of hill — outside of berm to be hydroseeded
7. Engineering/Maintenance Yard
- Engineering Bays — drainage complete — epoxy completed 8/28
8. Triangle -
- Must design triangle — awaiting JE direction
9. Flagpole Pool Cabana -
- Furniture — desk from Paris ready to ship early September - Sue
- No cold water in the bathroom sink — reviewing replacing the faucet
- Hydroseed pull box
- Trim palms - complete
10. Floating Dock
- Jet ski bumpers — complete — reviewing whether this type resolves the issues with the jet skis
- Table/Dock Box - Dock box top to be revarnished — Carlos has a possible solution

- Little C — engine at Offshore 8/29 — installation complete by 9/4
18. Timers
- Review installing timers on air conditioners, irrigation water systems, and lights
- Set all air conditioning to 80 degrees EXCEPT gym, guest rooms, and storage areas — they remain at 85 degrees
- Irrigation — depending on rainfall
19. Beach lighting
— per JE, replace existing transformers for the beach lighting of palms around the salt pond and beach
20. Transient Surge Protection — estimate will be forwarded by 8/31
21. Ice Maker — installation complete
22. Landscaping
- Pop's Garden — need deer fencing, or some other method of protection
- Dead palms — all to be removed
- Cut grass, acacia — owner's drive, blue beach, stone walls, gym
- Garbage dump — hydroseed - COMPLETE
23. Solar lights — place every 30 feet — work in progress
24. Roads -
- Priority is Gym road grading — Jules
- Jules to line the service road with boulders — COMPLETE
25. Library
- Lights on bookshelves need attention — Danny will start ASAP
26. New Employee Bathrooms
27. Gym
- New punching bag — on site — installation after JE visit
- Subwoofer — torn or blown — Scott to research a replacement speaker — photos and information sent 8/3
- Clean gutters — COMPLETE
- Windows in the ballet room need repair to both cranks and panes — Karen to review
28. Beach Office
- complete electrical overall required
- waterproofing/sealing/painting/replace rotten wood required
29. LSJ Mooring — Darren forwarded to Army Corp for final approval — awaiting response
30. Hangar
- Fuel Containment Pad — draft approved with drainage incorporated, waiting for updated plan
31. Main compound
- Wind doors to the east are inoperable — blew off on Friday — will review more permanent repairs
- Lights — Danny has a complete list of lights which are not on, etc — will review PM 8/28 thru the night until complete
Acid Washing of lanterns — completed by 8/31
32. New waste bins — (2) 20 yard bins on LSJ 8/28
32. Yellow Nap House — to be demolished — by 9/30
33. Blue Nap House — replace and repair shingles
