What wld be very helpful for me is a timeline of what shld happen every day over the next two weeks for the "closing", ie, the Art Partnership being up, running and functional by June I. This should include items like "preliminary list of designated art", "final list of designated art", "materials to and receipt of valuations from christies(?), steve lowenthal (books), empire (investments), etc. As we discussed it would be great if all could happen in roughly the same time period so as to minimize the having items "re-valued". However, first goal is to get this up and running in next two weeks. If we have to have subsequent contributions/valuations we'll survive. Jeffrey should comment if he disagrees with any of the above. I have also copied alan has I view this as a "closing" and would ask him to be diligently involved in making certain we hit our timeline.
