Re: v. Jeffrey Epstein
Mr. Critton:
a who was born was taken to Mr. Epstein's house initially by
in the summer or fall of 2002 when she was 15 years old. She subsequently went
to Mr. Epstein's home on approximately 15 occasions over the next couple years. On the
first occasion, told her that it would be nothing more than a massage t she
would be paid. She informed that she had no massage experience, and told
her that didn't matter.
On the first occasion, was lead upstairs to Mr. Epstein's bedroom where he
appeared naked and requested that she begin massaging him. During this first visit, Mr.
Epstein asked her age and she truthfully told him t she was 15 years old. She further
discussed with him that she was attending High School. During the 15 times
was with Mr. Epstein at his house, he told her that she was special to him and even
promised to buy her a computer at one point.
Each visit began as a naked massage and at some point Mr. Epstein would turn over onto
his back and begin masturbating. Ile t I her to pinch his nipples as he masturbated
himself and touched and fondled sexual parts; each encounter ended after Mr.
Epstein ejaculated. As time went on Mr. Epstein became more aggressive in his sexual
demands and attempts. He paid 'MI $300 per visit, and each time he atleast committed
the crime of Lewd and Lascivious Molestation. He offered to pay re money for
intercourse or oral sex, although refused. At 17 years old, moved away
from West Palm Beach to escape from this routine that she felt Mr. Epstein forced upon her.
was never contacted by the FBI and was not named in the NPA - presumably
because she moved away from the area.

Over the years, she has tried to forget this period of time in her life, but it has caused her
extreme emotional trauma that has not subsided. She wishes to pursue action against Mr.
Epstein. However, before doing so she is willing to resolve her case at this time for an
amount that reasonably compensates her for the permanent psychological injuries she
suffered.
Since you and I have been involved in related cases, and both of us understand the ros and
cons of the variations of these particular cases, I would like to convey that will
make a better than average witness in all respects. As such, we here y emand
$350,000.00.
This tender shall be mail, Farmer, Jaffe, Weissing, Edwards, Fistos & Lehrman,

Very truly yours,
Bradley Edwards, Esq.
