mountains. explained to that her office is trying to locate and communicate with
the victims of Jeffrey Epstein. Swent on to ex lain that finding the victims has not been
easy. since the crime happened over ten years ago. then asked "how did vou find me?"
then explained that the Justice Department hired a contract investigator. . to locate
and make the initial contact with the victims. then asked if this list came from the FBI.
responded. yes. it came from the FBI and the US Attorney's Office in Miami.
then asked if that information is open source or confidential. so that anyone can see it.
said, no, since her office is part of the Justice Department. they have access to otherwise protected
information.
kept on asking if this was public information because when the original criminal
case was being prosecuted in Florida. she was kept in the dark. And since this ten ears
ago, she doesn't know what is public information and what is confidential. revealed that
reporters and/or private investigators have been coming not only to her residence in Florida but
also her friends' home inquiring whereabouts.
stated we are calling to explain what is oin on with the civil case in Florida
and how it may relate to the criminal case in New York. also said to that she
has the right to verify who we are by browsing thru the intemet. stated that she already
corroborated our information.
stated that she has received numerous calls from reporters and media outlets
asking for her to tell her part of the story. She tells them that she doesn't want to talk about what
happened to her, is not something that she's proud off
then asked why the Atlanta office is handling the civil case.
explained that two of Epstein's victims filed a civil lawsuit in the Southern
District of Florida arguing that the government violated their rights as crime victims by not
informing them of how the cast was resolved. This civil case has been an ongoing process for ten
years and in February of this year (2019), the judge stated that the government violated the Crimes
Victim's Rights Act (CVRA). The judge stated that the government violated this law by not
informing the victims that they were negotiating a non-prosecution agreement with Epstein. Once
the judge made that finding, the Justice Department in Washington decided to remove the case
from the attorneys in Miami and transfer the case to the Atlanta Office. This is usually done in
order to have an objective person or to remove any conflict of interest in the case.

Now that Atlanta has the case, we have to find out how the government can remedy the

When she learned of the civil case stated that she didn't know, remembered who
Epstein was, she had buried everything that had happened in the back of her mind. She had never
talked about it. never told anyone about it. so when she began remembering, it was a huge strain
of emotions that came out. And when people came to her job. her home, wanted her to speak about
what happened, she did not know with whom she could speak.
said that she was followed by what she believed were private investigators and
when she spoke with these people, at the time she was 16 years old, they brainwashed and
threatened her, and made her believe that she had done something wrong. Now all of these
memories have come back. hopes that now, there will be some type of resolution so that
he can pay for what he did to these girls.
explained that a new criminal case has been filed in New York: Atlanta is not
involved in that case. was advised that it's up to her, what her involvement can be in the
criminal case, if she wants to be involved. reiterated to that her office wants to
reach out to everyone who might have been involved with Epstein. Some people want to be
involved, while others do not and some that might not have had the comiaifio be involved in the
past, now they want to have a say. stated that it's up to what she wants to
communicate with us or not disclose any information, or she can be more active. also
explained to that she has the o tion to speak with a counselor or get other type of help.
especially with the new criminal case. can be connected with the victim's crime liaison
and it will be strictly confidential.
divulged that she received counselini in the past but it was not private, and the
information that she provided was used against her. stated that she doesn't want to use
the word "informant", but the male counselors whom she spoke with were hired by Epstein. This
is why is so cautious with whom she speaks with because she can't trust anyone.
states that Epstein has a lot money. can pay people off and gets what he wants.
explained the different options that have been suggested to the victims such as
counseling, speaking in front of the court with or without Epstein being present and others. It was
also suggested that if wants to be involved in the criminal case, her contact information
would be given to the attorneys in New York.
was not sure what direction to take with all of this information that has been
provided to her. advised that she doesn't have to make a decision at this
moment. was confused about why the FBI has not contacted her by now.
explained to her that they might have not gotten around to her name yet. Another obstacle that the

FBI might be confronting is that some victims do not want to get involved and/or approached the
victims in a respectful way.
stated that she would like to have time to think about want she would like to do.
She also stated if we know who is showing at house, her son's school. and I stated
that we do not know who these people are. explained to that if an FBI agent or
any other criminal investigator comes in contact with anyone. in an official manner, he or she will
produce their credentials before communicating with you or anyone. I said to that she has
the right not to open the door to anyone who doesn't produce any identification and demand for
that person to leave her property, plus she also has the option to call the police.
thanked us for our advice and stated that she would call us when she returns back
