BUTTERFLY TRUST ADDITION OF BENEFICIAFU&S Pursuant to Article Third, Paragraph B of that certain Trust Agreement, dated December 27, 2006 (the 'Trust Agreement"), between JEFFREY E. EPSTEIN, as Grantor (the "Grantor"), and DARREN K.
