The good news on this particular flat is that the building was recently subjected to the"renaissance" upgrade which is happening to all the houses in Eaton Square. Renaissance" means that each apartment is responsible for its own heating/cooling and not sharing a common boiler etc. The program is VERY disruptive and people have to leave their building for a period of 6 months to year when it happens.
