Keeping the same terms as before which included charter hours for your use when needed. I told Thomas to speak with Gary and present this offer in writing, and I would present to you, to see if this would be acceptable. Thomas was very honest with me, and told me that he would not install the FDR at this time, his plan would be to find a used FDR and install it at a later date since many GIV's are being parted out, that he could maybe find a used discounted FDR unit for less money. Thomas said he would certainly charter the aircraft to Europe, however since he is an owner/operator, he could travel to Europe under FAR 91 regulations as we do, his current clients are part owners and friends. I hope to have Thomas's official offer by tomorrow for your consideration.
