The USA's Office believes Rodriguez may have lied to investigators and that the documents may have been in his possession at the time of his interview. These documents may contain evidence against an individual suspected of soliciting minors for sex. Miami plans to have a UCE introduced to Rodriguez and set a meeting to which Rodriguez will bring the documents he claims to have in his possession.
