Na=ional Helicopters Inc.

Tom asking if we are intere=ted in selling our 8430 float bags that are removed off your B430.,./div>
The nitroge= bottle we own has a shelf life until 2015, which is almost timed out., co=t to replace is $12,300
The offer to purchase our float bags and hardware as se=n in photo below is $40,000 to you.
I have to confirm these bags are in airwort=y condition to complete this deal if you accept.,
Our floats have been removed =or over 5 years and most likely will deteriorate just sitting on the shelf=in my
office. I have no plans to install the floats on our helicopter due =o the weight increase of approximately 200lbs.,
Brand new floats cost $180k fro= Bell installed with 2 year wait time for parts.,
Do you approve of selling our=old floats bags for $40,000.00 or just keep them?

RE: Floats
Hi Larry, sorry about the Boeing thing! =br>
We'd agree with the Dave's evaluation and are prepared to o=fer $40k
(assuming it's all serviceable) at this point only due to =he bottle turning
into a pumpkin next month. New bottles are available =nd our price is about
$12.3k, which would bring us back to the $S0k-ish=mark.
In addition, if throughout this installation process, it gets=determined
that there may be a few items still existing on your a/c tha= we could use,
we would be willing to pay additionally for those if you=g39;re willing to take
them off?
We'd love to make a deal, s= please let me know.

contacting Bell in Piney Flats to research my float system., My seria=

=/font>
the Nitrogen blow bottle if=this helps., I'm sure there is great
researched involved trying to find out if th=s float system will work
on your helicopter., There are some parts still installed on=my
helicop=er that you will have to buy from bell to complete the system,

=span style="background-color:rgba(255,255,255,0)">however I am able to
o=fer everything in the previous photo I sent as

nee=ed for your install., I would have to get approval from my owner
