By Order dated June 2, 2011, the Court had directed the parties to file their scheduling plan by July 25, 2011. The Court takes the opportunity to remind counsel that its orders arc not voluntary; failures to abide by them could lead to sanctions. At the time of the conference, the parties expressed some concern regarding the difficulty of formulating a plan for discovery while not knowing the outcome of the pending motions for reconsideration. However, the Court desires to put into place discovery deadlines to govern the management of this matter. Should the decisions regarding the motions for reconsideration require an adjustment of these deadlines, the parties may make an appropriate motion. Therefore, the Court will require the parties to abide by the discov ery deadlines set forth below. The Court will also issue a separate mediation order.
