Hello Rich,
As per our conversation the issue with the new projector is not with the remote it is with the URC MSC-400
basestation that the remote "talks" to. That unit is very old and requires a computer with a Windows XP 32bit
processor operating system and proprietary software. We have a few options.
Short-Intermediate term:
Work with Brice on a computer that we can remote into.
We will download software and reprogram the remote control for the projector bypassing the MSC-400.
The MSC-400 system and programming will remain intact until such time it is replaced.
Long Term:
Replace the MSC 400 and remote control with a system that we can program remotely.
This requires a VPN connection to the network or a local computer with a professional grade Log-Me-In
license.
Please note that these are the general steps required to resolve the remote control/projector issue.

Hello Rich,
I have attached an estimate for an amazing surround sound system for Paris. While this may be what is being
requested from a quality level it may not be something that can easily be deployed into the existing space. Based
upon the information provided I have questions. Here they are:
There is an existing Audio Access music system, should we consider upgrading that?
The speakers in the photos seem small, should we considering sourcing small alternatives?
Where is the subwoofer in the room and how large can that be?
What type of network exists and how good id the WiFi?
Of course the other questions relate to logistics. Working out of the country has it's challenges and will certainly
add a substantial expense to the project. Let's discuss this at your convenience.
Matt is having discussions with your iMax person and our theater architect. More to follow.
