Eric,
please add the=e items to your master list that were verified during last flight, and fwd t=e master list to Jeffrey and
myself to make sure all items are included.
I will arrive in Islip 2pm=on Thursday,.
Larry&nbs=;
-the Cabin Temp sensors are not working pr=perly, the cockpit indicators read very high temperature, this is also
caus=ng the APU not allowing the cabin to get full cold, I may suggest Ill open a= work order an have Julian's guys
(ExcelAir) investigate this issue, we hav= a -1SOAPU now and should cool the cabin better, there are two cabin temp
s=nsors in passenger interior compartment, one is located in seat base of el R=H seat, other is fwd of divan in side
panel, maybe these sensors are not pl=gged in when interior was install?
-=aster shades are stuck in open position now, shades do not close either mas=er close switch or all individual switches,
they need to adjusted,&nb=p;
-Aft lay door hingers below sink are lo=se when doors are open =br> -Je would like a sp=ing door cut into current lay
trash container, to access trash container, t=e trash can in rear lay is not secured and rattles, needs to be secured.
cu=rently you have to open the trash door to access the trash container held i=side, need to cut out the opening in wood
door, and match the opening in th= trash container inside.
-VIP tray t=ble does not open while in flight, needs to be trimmed/adjusted.
-PLEASE EXPAND on Nose camera, THIS WILL BE RECTIFIED a=d Operational when we depart next, RIGHT?
-Plug-In headphone= have no volumne, or very low volumne, the jacks across from Divan ar= totally INOP, plus loose
face plates.
-Su=woofer need air-port drilled to allow air passage, the rear sub appears ino= or lower power output.
-Leather arm rest c=vers are required as mentioned in the early days of this project, the arm r=st show wear already
from installation process,
-Jeffrey's VIP seat when reclining the seat back rubs leather on=upper portion of arm rest, causes motor to labor when
extending.
-Divan seat bottom has no support on divan edge, also n=eds to open with one motion, currently you have to lift the
bottom seat cus=ion from velcrow to allow seat back to fall in BED position.
-two chrome cup holders need to be installed on conferanc= table, I have photo showing JE's location for these items.
-VIP Master cabin control panel needs to have ALL SHADE UP=DN mode installed like FWD galley.
EFTA_R1_01747505
EFTA02575866
-Need t= re-wire VIP seat buttons tv match the other eletric seat, =span style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">
- Need Fe=t or padding on bottom of Microwave chamber door, to prevent rattles.
-Hinges on doo=s below the sink in aft Lay are loose when doors are open,
-When tray tables are open, the mechanism that h=lds table top firm rests on fabric side panel, it was discussed to
fabricat= Titanium or stainless steel (waterfall decorative type of cap to this area=would allow the tray table to rest on
this surface firming table top, divin= board issue still exists.
=div>-Clear rubber/Felt micro pads for tray tables halves, whe= stowing table the two wood surfaces meet.
c=r>
- VIP tray table still rattles
-Need (phone lighte=ing cord phone charger hard wired for VIP seat, JE mentioned a lightening c=rd to come up from
bottom of cup holder, since his phone sits in Cup holder=during flight.
-See attached photo, JEE request the opening flap on Tr=y tables to be Routed longer for easy opening of tray lid.

He also noted that you have a squawk=list for the aircraft. Please e-mail me this list at your earliest op=ortunity
so that I can include it and consolidate the one (1) list for us t= work off of.
=effrey ad I had a discussion regarding a single hole for each of the two su=woofers, how he would like the seat
switches to be sequenced (if possible- f=om the furthest point away from the passenger "seat back", m=ddle position

We also discussed the overhang of the bottom cushion on the divan when in t=e berthed position, make sure
the shades do not stick during travel, make s=re that the headphone jack panels are snug secure (3 are not) - we will
che=k all of them. We will also look at the tables to see what more we can do a=ter deployment to help minimize the
"spring board" action.<=:p>
