All of the conditions of supervised release previously imposed remain in effect. The Defendant is to report to the nearest United States Probation Office within 72 hours of release from incarceration. The Defendant is to continue to participate in the Geophysical and Mental Health Stress Management Evaluation and Treatment Program as directed by the Probation Office. The Defendant shall reside in a Residential Reentry Center for a period of up to 180 days as directed by the Probation Office. The Defendant shall participate in an outpatient mental health treatment program and take any medications as prescribed by his treating physician. The Defendant shall waive his rights to confidentiality regarding his treatment program in order to allow sharing of information with the probation officer. The Defendant is to abstain from the use of alcohol and other intoxicants during the period of supervision. The Defendant is prohibited from possessing, using, or dispensing any mood-altering substance or intoxicant.
