Would you consider retiring her with 25-50% of that amount? This would be advantageous in the following ways: • Her release would move us one step closer to making your desired transitions in housekeeping. • We would be absolved from considering any future medical expenses or loss of time from work for Dulce. • She would depart on good terms. • She will have the resources to go back to the DR where her family/support system is so she can get the surgery and medical care that she needs.
