He states they all went on with their careers. MAXWELL was a guest at his home on occasion and would bring her boyfriends. Their friendship was an extension of school. They grew apart. saw her in London a few times. Sometime in the 90's she took off to the United States. wasn't her best friend and wasn't calling her everyday but he saw her a lot at parties. would re ularly go to the MAXWELL family's house in London for Sunday Brunch. never went to the Caribbean or any of MAXWELL/EPSTEIN's houses. did not talk with MAXWELL about EPSTEIN. He would talk with MAXWELL about her other boyfriends. MAXWELL worked for her father and her family when he knew her. After her father died she did not talk about what she did for work. g as asked about when he was last in contact with MAXWELL. states that MAXWELL's brothers KEVIN MAXWELL and IAN MAXWELL recently contacted him. They have a mutual friend named that MAXWELL was needing to speak with. nderstanding was that MAXWELL needed to have a direct conversation with and needed to reconnect with her. tells MAXWELL that he would call and give her MAXWELL's phone number. does this for MAXWELL. did not seem surprised during this phone call. states to that the to sort things out and that should not be concerned. gives MAXWELL's phone number. He states he was around a melting pot of people. They probably met through this party/ social scene they were part of. Everyone was friends. and MAXWELL were friends and part of the same group. They would have met at house in the country. MAXWELL would come down with JOHN FRANCO or PETER in the 90's. was asked about his relationship with After leaving Oxford was living in London. His "friends about town" was a group a girls and guys that were all in that area together and friends from Oxford. All of their families were famous. Two of the men's names are MAXWELL eventually replaced all of these friends with people like PRINCE ANDREW and EPSTEIN. , MAXWELL and were at one-point part of this group. This was •rior to 1994. recollection was that after 1994 MAXWELL had already moved to New York. Prior to that was when him, MAXWELL and were "about town". does not specifically remember an instance in which MAXWELL and were in the same place together at the same time. When they would move to London he would throw a party. would throw birthday parties for himself and for others often. MAXWELL's boyfriend's names from back then were COUNT JEAN-FRANCO JACONIO (Italian man who has since passed away) and PETER COHEN (lives in California). The phone call from MAXWELL was around 2014/2015/2016 and was living in at the time. In retrospect, knew at the time of the call that EPSTEIN was in trouble but had no clue what the call was about. At the time of this call, is sure that MAXWELL and knew each other. He wasn't surprised at all that MAXWELL called him about her. MAXWELL and definitely knew each other. just does not have it in his mind a specific date or event in which they were all together. He is certain they knew each other from the early 90's and they would come to his country home. was asked if photos were ever taken from around that time. states that he took pictures every weekend at his home. He would take pictures of everyone that came to his home. One day all the albums that he had with these photos disappeared. believes that his wife burned the photos. They were ke t at his house in the study.
