Danny wants to bring Guy back to work tomorrow and Guy will report directly to Anna. Danny still doesn't believe that I caught his son sleeping. We agreed to work together to complete present and future projects for LSJ and you. Rich, Anna and I spoke following the conversation with Danny and we agreed that the three of us would communicate daily and Anna and I would create a unison to be more effective in managing LSJ and we would support each other. Anna and I would also need to meet at least twice if not three times a day to review what is going on. Anna will support any decision you make for Guy and thought he should be given a final warning if brought back. We will support your decision in this matter. Is it okay to bring Guy back with a final warning?
