The earliest AAG Helicopter In P=ughkeepsie NY can start the prebuy inspection package is April 29th now, Originally
Aetna had a Mx slot for April 22nd however AAG is totally=booked And pushed the input put April 29th start date„
Obviously=Aetna was hoping to close the end of the 1st quartet March 31st., There are other Sikorsky service centers,
but AAG is th= best.
Sterling Aviaiton in PA, and Summit in Delawar=, Aetna uses MG.
Matt the=broker and Aetna was asking to close by end of March.
<=iv>Prebuy Inspection package is large, 12month Annaul 3= month main rotor inspection
300/600 hour engine inspection
=div>1250 hour inspection bearing inspection are all due in April.
Should we insist on A=G for prebuy?
Thx

Larry — I had John Keating, who is/was AETNA =80 s Director of Maintenance look into the invoices for
the last 3 years a= AAG. Below is his response. This I think is very helpful for you to s=e in deciding on the level of
inspection since it doesn't appear there will be a huge amount of discrepancies if y=u do this work post-closing. The
inspections you're asking for will=take 6 weeks which is why I'd like to brainstorm on an alternative w=y to get this done.
Let me know your thoughts.

"I have gone thr= the invoices for the last 3 years at AAG. Each year the inspection p=ckage was
different. Some years were more work than others based on h=urly and calendar inspection requirements. MG doesn't
list the discrepancies against a particular inspection. I can'= break down costs against just a 12 month or a 600 hour
inspection. T=e following is the total discrep cost for each year. You will see tha= the larger work packages have a
corresponding increase in discrepancy cost. From this data I think you could extract a rea=onable estimate of
discrepancy resolution for a 12 month\600 hour inspectio=.
2016 &n=sp; 3,6,12,24, and 36 month calendar. 25,50,100, and 300 hour i=spections.
$10,356 discrepancy cost.</=pan>
2017 &n=sp; 3,6 and 12 month calendar. 600 hour inspection. =nbsp; &nbs=; &n=sp;
=nbsp; &nbs=; $6,159 discrepancy c=st.
2018 &n=sp; 3,6,12 and 24 month calendar. 500 and 900 hour inspec=ions. &nb=p;
&=bsp; $20,=67 discrepancy cost.
Let me know if you would=like any additional data."
