please advise which inside control you would like for STC new AC unit
I) Nest
2) Honeywell WIFI
3) Emerson WIFI
4) Honeywell Programmable NON WIFI
i just reviewed schedule with Cecile and plan is for Ras of All Trades to begin tomorrow 8/18 (vendor hired by
Cecile for 3850 to do drywall) to take approximately 7-8 work days to complete work
once they remove walls (will be done by 8/21) then reefco will come in to do mold removal (3,476.50 cost that
AYH will be paying - projected to begin 8/24 and 8/25)
then walls will be put back up and reefco can start new ac unit at STC office
new unit (Armstrong Air 4SCUI8LS 60,000 BTU) is same as gym except it is 60,000 BTU vs 48,000 for gym
total cost is 11,591.25
above is projected plan however reefco will accommodate timing of mold removal / gym ac and STC ac based
on your schedule
please advise on inside control you would like reefco to install at STC office (note Gym already has NEST in
place)
thank you

Hello Richard,
I also sent one of the Honeywell stats that are being used at LSJ as well. It is a programable digital T-Stat.
Here it is in case it didn't come through the last time.

Hello Richard,
Sony, I did get this to you yesterday but I was traveling back home from the States. Please see the attached
web site for the Nest stat and the picture for the Honeywell stat. Both stats are what are used on LSJ so Mr.
Epstein will be familiar with both of them.

> Good morning everyone,
> I climbed above the ceiling and looked at the mold issue and the condition of the air handler for the
area in back offices and kitchen of Sothem Trust. The unit is old and in rough shape, very rusted, For the
age of the unit, it's not terrible, it is just time to consider replacing it in the next year or two with
something more efficient. This, however, is not causing any moisture problem to those areas in the office.
The mold on the walls in the kitchen and office has been caused by rain water. You can see where the
steel above the ceiling is spotted with rust as well as from the water coming in. Since we haven't had any
rain, I can't tell if the problem has been fixed or not, but there is no moisture at this time and I highly
suggest we remove the mold as soon as possible above the ceiling and on the walls, then use the O-Zone
generator to treat the rooms and kill any other mold or bacteria in that area. I would also suggest we add
an REME purification system to the unit like we did at LSJ to help prevent future issues with mold. If
you are okay with this work to be done, please know we will need to have the rooms vacant for the day.
Please see the attached quote to do the work and info on the REME. I will also send a quote for the A/C
replacement soon for that area.
