Ada has started the process of removing Ralph Lerner as a trustee of the LDB Foundation and I know that there is a draft of the 1040X for you to comment on. I will continue to follow up on the other points as well as other issues tomorrow. Just as a reminder, I have a delegation from China coming to the states so I need to escort them to Denver on Wednesday (5/28) and will be with them through Sunday. I am then taking two days to chill out in southwest Colorado/eastern Utah to do some photography/astronomy. I am of course reachable via e-mail/mobile the entire time.
