(Embrace) as of 08/25/16, and Embrace has provided us with informational disclosures about our loan including, but not limited to a Loan Estimate, and we acknowledge receipt of this disclosure. We understand that a Market Value Appraisal of our property, performed by an independent professional appraiser, may be required to complete our loan application, and that Embrace may collect a fee in advance to pay for those services. If the fee we pay is greater than the cost of the appraisal, then the difference is refundable to us.
