I was hoping to get an update from you regarding your client's comments to the draft redemption agreement and assignments that John Siffert forwarded to us on Tuesday, September 13, 2011. I just spoke with Chet Lipton of Cooley and he told me that John has not received any comments from Corbin on those documents. In addition, Chet also told me that John has not received any response from Corbin to the appraisers that were proposed for use in the Corbin deal. Do you have any news on either of those issues?
