Did Epstein sign a waiver of the statute of limitations? Thanks.

Subject: Statute of Limitations Issue
Dear
When Brad and I argued before the Eleventh Circuit, we raised the issue of a possible expiration of the statute of
limitations for prosecuting Epstein. We were concerned that the ten-year statute might possibly expire on crimes against
our clients in approximately April of 2015.
In rebuttal, Epstein's counsel contended that Epstein had signed a waiver of the statute of limitations, and so the statute
would not expire in April of 2015.
Can you shed any light on whether (1) Epstein has signed a waiver and/or extension of the statute of limitations for
crimes against our clients and (2) if so, how long that extension was for? This information could be important for Judge
Marra in considering how rapidly our clients' case needs to be moved along.
Thanks in advance for any help you can provide on this.
