From rj but shock of all shocks we have now found a signed loan document for the 13.75mm sterling lent from jmwt acquisition Ilp to midco ltd on 10/2/12. Was written as a one year loan, signed by leon on behalf of both lender and borrower. Interest of 12% was accrued on bal sheet for year ending 6/30/13. Loan was not paid off on 10/1/13 and remains outstanding. I'm told by RJ that interest continues to be accrued at 12%. He will confirm. Never a dull moment.
