I am concerned about the last two emails and how beneficial this deal is at this point. Just to review the facts as I
understand them:
1) Currently we are paying $5.73 per gallon via credit card
2) New deal terms: $4.56 per gallon for 10,965 gallons = $50,000 to be sent via wire
3) Net Savings for Mr. Epstein = $1.17 per gallon (5.73 — 4.56) x 10,965 gallons = $12,829
You are now asking for:
a) Office rental at $550 per month x 12 = $6,600 annual cost
b) Loss of Cessna rental $650 x 12 = $7,800 annual cost
Total Additional Costs for Mr. Epstein $14,400
This also does not take into consideration the 3% you are saving by us paying via wire vs. American express
I would like to finalize this deal today and wire you $50,000 as originally agreed without the addition of the two items
above.
Please advise.

Hello Larry and Mr Kahn,
I mistakenly forgot an important comment regarding the office/storage space.
I would like to remind both Larry and Mr. Epstein that by accommodating the S76 at the same rate of the Bell, we are
precluded space wise from accommodating a Cessna 182 at a rental rate of $650 per month. We appreciate your
consideration.

Hello Larry,
Let me summarize the details of our offer in writing so that you may formally agree and process the wire transfer today as
discussed.
We began our offer to you at $4.82 (inclusive of taxes and fees), our final agreed upon jet fuel price to you is $4.56
inclusive of all taxes and fees.
This amount is $1.76 off our posted retail price of $6.32.
We agree to the $4.56 price in exchange for an advance payment of $50K (to be wire transferred to our account using the
details faxed to you). The total $50K amount is to be used within 90 days per your suggested uplift requirements. Any
fuel not used within that period will revert back to the $4.82 price.
The fuel uplifts will be for use only on the following aircraft tail numbers N9091E, N722JE, N9081E and N491GM. All uplifts
must be completed in a single company name, please advise which name that will be.
At the end of the 90 days and the $50K if this arrangement is agreeable to both sides, we can agree to continue at the
same rate of $1.76 off posted retail for an additional 90 days.
Further, we request that we use this negotiating period to formalize your use of the storage space in the West Hangar
which up until now has been gratis. The space is 15x8 feet or roughly 120 square feet. We will offer this space to you for
a monthly sum of $550.00. The space is familiar to you and includes wireless computer access. We believe this might
afford you just the sort of needed base your operation could productively utilize without overkill.

Hello Susan,
Would it be best for all to have the fuel price you offer in writing, so I can fwd to our CFO Richard Kahn in NYC to review?
you can send to myself and Rich, he is ready to launch the wire, our departure is Saturday the earliest or as late as
Tuesday of next week,. I'm sure you want this in place before extending the discount to us.
Thank you,
Larry
