We hereby submit a proposal for the following work:
Wendy as per out on sce vise and going over the scope of work that you wanted done at this tine. Where the finish has peeled off we will have o power
wash those areas or scrape which ever works then apply a new basecoat, mesh and (mesh to those areas. This process will be done at the man house.

be redone. As I explained there are many areas throughout that the was have serious cracks and that when we are power washing or working on the
contract work some of these areas, there is going to be additional existing material falling off the wall. The reason this damage to the walls occurred is
that muster got behind the finish and caused it to peel off. I would recommend applying the system throughout and encapsulating for a stronger hold
and keeping the moister out. Not knowing where the moister went there might be many more areas that just haven't started to peel I felt areas that the
base coat and the fabric separated but didn't peel or break open and with the changing weather I feel that sooner or later this will happen to the cracks
that are not to be worked on and with that we can do the patch work mentioned we will not be able to warranty the work for that reason it will be the
matter of tine before the walk will have to be refinished I also want (or you to be aware that a patch is a patch and it will be hard to match the existing
texture before you put on your paint. If you have any questions please call.

Oualifcations of proposal:
1 Payment to made as follows: Net 21 Oays. No retainage may be held upon acceptance of this proposal. If payment is not made in fun, 1.5% interest
per month will be owed on past due monies per the Retainer Act of New Mexico § 57-28-5 NMSA 1978.
All mulenal is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner accordng to standard practices. Any allegation or
deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the
estimate. Al agreements are contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our contra Owner or general contractor is responsible to carry 6e.
